My wife's ancestors are from Dolyna and nearby Perehins'ke. Can you tell me where/how I can contact to obtain the following:

Civil records (birth, death, marriage, etc)
Religious records (Catholic and maybe some Hebrew)

As I know there are no such records online. You can look at them in the places they are stored.

I guess that's what I'm asking. Do you have any idea where these records could be stored? I know on my side of the family, the Germans consolidated their records from many villages. Is that the same in Ukraine? Or do I just need to contact the local churches and/or municipalities?

I think the best way is the direct contact of Churches, Archives, etc..
